France (Days 1 &2)

Flying out of SLC Airport
First time flying together
Doogles enjoyed watching his movies even though he doesn't like wearing the headphones.  He really only "watches" the movies.
We had plenty of space on the long flight, so we were able to stretch out on different rows.

Paris LDS Temple under construction
Versailles Palace - Douglas is sick these days.  He was great on the plane flight over here, but when we landed in Paris he was not happy.  The time change really messed with him.  Yesterday he was quite moody.  Sometimes really goofy, other times he didn't want to look at the camera.

A bit of a smile from the little man.
Definitely no smile here.  "I'm not even going to open my eyes."

Douglas just threw up all over the couch of the Airbnb apartment we're staying in.  He's such a good sport.  He really is happy most of the time.  Even when he's not feeling well he still tries to joke around and be goofy.

When he's not feeling well he is very particular about everything.  He usually wants Mom to hold him, carry things for him, and take care of him, and yesterday he only wanted Mom to push the stroller.  We would switch off when he wasn't looking, but after he caught me pushing twice he kept his eye on Mom to make sure she didn't take her hands off the stroller.
He kept his eyes on Mom so long that he fell asleep in his watchful position.
Crepes for dinner......not a bad way to begin our French experience.
