Penny started her 5th birthday with a trip to Urgent Care to get some medicine for an ear infection. She's had a cold and cough for a few days and last night the illness moved into her ear.
Despite the pain in her head, Penny is enjoying her birthday today.
We watched the new Sonic 2 movie recently, so the kids were thrilled when the Sonic characters appeared on Penny's birthday cake.
This is one of Penny's birthday presents.
