Douglas is showing the size of the ice balls that fell out of the sky during the late-summer hail storm.

I told you she likes to climb. On a walk around the neighborhood Penny decided to stop and climb a fence.
Douglas, who rarely thinks about climbing, followed her example. We like to say that in the coming years Penny will get Douglas to be more adventurous, and Douglas will keep Penny from taking too many risks.
Penny loves the scooter.
"See, Mom, I'll be safe..........now and then."
Penny saw Douglas crash on his bike in the church parking lot, so she decided to lie down in a show of sympathy.
She'll be a good soccer player one day, having already perfected the art of flopping.
