Granny was kind enough to give Douglas and Penny some swimming lessons almost every day over the last two weeks. All of Sara's children came to the pool on a few of the days. Oh, how they loved the water.
I'm not sure if Diana enjoyed splashing the water (she was shocked every single time when the water came back up to hit her in the face), but she sure did a lot of it.
Our sumo wrestler.
Snack time after swimming. Douglas, Denali, and Penny.
Diana is still a bit too small for her floaty, but she'll grow into it.
Helloooo, camera!
Penny and Denali, sans clothing, reading with Granny.
Back at Granny's house. Douglas created this racetrack using the tiles.
The snake is one of Diana's favorite toys. She wouldn't even let go while she slept!
Like mother, like daughter. That is a photo of Sam when Sam was Penny's age.
The kids love the trampoline as well. A swimming pool and a trampoline. What better things exist to delight (and wear out) the children? :)
We're back in our own home tonight. Family . . . what fun.
Grandma Coombs got this neat thing for Douglas and Penny to see how a caterpillar becomes a butterfly. After the four caterpillars (Butternut, Buttercup, Butterscotch, and Buttercream) became butterflies, we released them into nature.
Lizzie came into town for the week with her boys. We spent one afternoon at one of our favorite little spots in Provo Canyon.
