Willard Bay

On Monday, 30 June, we had the pleasure of hosting Lizzie and three of her boys (Oskar, Jesper, Paggy), as well as Maxwell and Denali. Here they are eating crepes with Nutella.

Playing "Hearts" with Oskar, Douglas, and Maxwell.
Playing games in the church parking lot.

Lizzie and the kids spent two nights with us. The boys slept downstairs in the family room.

Tuesday, 01 July: Sam taught us from the scriptures before we began the fun at Willard Bay.

Paggy made the girls laugh.

We spent the day playing at the nearby Willard Bay. Lizzie brought her two paddle boards and Grandma and Grandpa Coombs (Sam's parents) were kind enough to bring two youth kayaks for us to use. We also rented a sea-doo for a few hours. The kids had a blast and were thoroughly wiped out when we returned home.

We had great weather throughout the day. Very hot (95 degrees), with some dark clouds and a bit of wind now and then.

Thousands and thousands of mayflies swarmed the area around our vehicles. They are annoying, but harmless, little creatures.
We stopped at Wendy's on the way home from the bay.
