We went to the Granny and Grandpa Ogden home to celebrate March birthdays for Dan Urbina (our family friend) and Ari (my nephew).
Since I'm home for a while (thank you, corona virus), I've been making trips to Costco at least once each week to purchase various supplies for my family and others. I go one hour before opening time and wait in line to make sure I get what I want (if the items are available).
This was the morning of the 5.9 earthquake here in Utah. I was #24 in line. We had to wait two hours because they were hesitant to allow people into the building due to the frequent aftershocks following the earthquake.
Denali and Maxwell (two of my sister's children) stayed at our home for two days this past week. Denali (pictured) loves the dress-up items.
Dan Urbina (our family friend) lives in a building of condos. I took Douglas and Penny to the building on Dan's birthday to swim in the pool.
And we brought his favorite cake (yellow cake with chocolate frosting) to sing to him again.

Many people agree that we should not be using the phrase "social distancing," because we should not be distancing ourselves socially. We should be physically distancing ourselves, but we should try to be even more social (electronically) during these difficult times.

Despite being sick with a cold and cough, and teething, Diana did well with all of the driving.
"Okay, enough of this carseat."
Douglas asked me to record a video of him completing the monkey bars, something he had not yet accomplished. He told me to send the video to Grandma.

And one last funny from Douglas this morning at the hotel breakfast. Douglas commented that he liked Grandma's chocolate milk better than the hotel's chocolate milk. I told him that's because the hotel's chocolate milk is fat-free, which is not as good as milk with fat in it. Sam came down to breakfast a few minutes later and Douglas told her, "Mom, I don't like this chocolate milk, because it's gluten free. Grandma's chocolate milk is better."
