Coombs family at Bear Lake

The Coombs family gathered at Bear Lake last week for a few days of fun in the sun and the water. They rented this cool lodge near the lake. Doogles and Krew looking out over the balcony.
Doogles loved the three-tiered bunk beds.
And he enjoyed Octonauts as well.
Penny, Douglas, Charly, Diana, and Spencer hanging out in the living room.
Kate, Spencer, Douglas, and Krew playing Twister.

 Kate and Taylor making breakfast.
The children (and probably the adults) loved their time in the sand and water, although I was told the temperature of the water was in the 60s. Brrrr!

Tough day at the beach for Diana.
 Jarren making sand castles.

A worker from the resort picked them up in a Razor on their first day at the beach and drove them back to their vehicles, because it started to rain and there were warnings of hail in nearby areas.

Diana's first roll

Diana has quite a few rolls, but July 15th was her first roll over. She can now roll from her back to her stomach, and back onto her back.

Independence Day (Part Two)

I have Granny to thank for all of the photos in this blog post.

Eating pancakes at the home of Granny and Grandpa Ogden in Provo.
 I love my little Diana.
The trampoline - what an amazing investment! The kids jumped for hours today.

 "Cheese!"
Mom took a short nap after the hot-air balloons this morning.
Diana and I looked a photos on Mom's phone.
My Uncle Don and Aunt Judy came by for a visit this evening.
Sara will give a final class tomorrow to become certified as a yoga instructor. So, she practiced her class on us today.
 Future yogis.
Joseph laughed at us while we attempted our yoga poses.

Even Penny got in on the yoga action.
Judy, Don, Sam, and Diana watching the yoga class.
Flexibility . . . or the lack thereof, in my case.
Daniel, Penny, Jarem, Sara
 Penny enjoyed the various poses.

My favorite yoga pose - savasana.

Joseph had fun making Diana smile today.
 With Uncle Don
Penny was so worn out she didn't even make it to the door to leave Granny's house tonight. That, my friends, is the result of a fantastic Independence Day.

Independence Day

Happy Independence Day from the balloon festival in Provo, Utah!

 "Doogles is funny!"
 "I'm going to copy him."

Freedom!

I put Diana in the chair yesterday while I vacuumed. She fell asleep.

My peaceful little princess.
